I was pleasantly surprised that this place is now the best haircut experience I’ve had. Very quaint and peaceful with birds chirping in the background, has an essential oil diffuser going so it smells nice and a tv going to keep me entertained. He was quick and perfectly cut my hair, price is incredible too nowadays, only $22. His prices include tax so it’s easy to understand what you’re actually paying! Cant recommend more.

Adil has been taking care of (what's left of) my hair forever:
There are plenty of places marketing all sorts of frivolous barbershop experiences at silly prices.
Adil simply provides what is needed: a proper haircut, at a fair price, in a classic manner.
What I value the most? My son is special needs and has taken a while to get used to the idea of a hair cut. Searching for a haircut last minute on a family day. Found the city view barber. Called this morning to make sure they were open.
They are open.
Went to Merivale. Found the plaza.
Wasn’t so obvious where it was located. But I didn’t see the signs to a hall way where is was located.
Came in the store. Found it little cute cozy old barber shop.
Gentleman was very friendly and welcoming.
There were birds that flew freely. Think they are canaries. Very nice.
Tank with guppies. Soothing to look at.
