The only place for your hair needs in Ottawa and beyond. Jenn is my hair care specialist and stylist forever. Her skill and knowledge and expertise are unmatched. I have lived in 4 provinces and traveled all over and I will always return to her when in the ottawa area. She is worth the drive, flight and time. I am beyond impressed with her ability to cut style and be honest, her ability to treat and sometimes have to fix my hair. She is a talent! I have never found a stylist who makes me as happy with my hair afterward as Jenn. The salon is beautiful, clean and friendly, like walking into an old friend's house. Book with Jenn if you want to be happy with your hair.

I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a hair salon but I was just so thoroughly impressed that I had to. From first anxiously calling and making the appointment, the receptionist was very kind, and thorough. She asked lots of questions and made sure to book me with the right hair stylist. I have trichotillomania, which is a compulsive hair pulling disorder and can result in bald or uneven patches of hair. Let me tell you that it is very hard finding someone who will (1) Know what it is (2) Know how to deal with it (3) Not make you feel bad about it (4) Make it feel like a regular hair cutting appointment. Went in to donate 2-3 feet of hair, and received maybe one of the nicest haircuts of my life. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. Despite this being my first visit, they made me feel like I've been coming in for years. Honestly couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks Jasmine!!
