Brady's is always there when I need them. My older spa has required both pumps and now the spa pack replaced over the past couple years. Even though I purchased the spa used from another source, Brady has helped me get the correct parts within a couple days and was just a phone call away when installing the new spa pack. This level of service has kept the spa downtime to a minimum. Thanks Brady's!

I bought my hot tub 6yrs ago, didn’t know a thing about them. Brady very helpful getting me started, with written instruction as well as onsite direction. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and I continue to receive ongoing support and advice when I bring water samples in to be tested. Never had any issues with hot tub, until 2weeks ago during the polar vortex -28C. suddenly not working! Hot tub breaker kept shutting off. Call to Brady who helped me troubleshoot issue along with electrician friend. It was decided that it was reasonable to change the HT breaker, but this required 24hrs to get part and no power to tub.
