Excellent! Professional, positive communication and teamwork from Samira, Cheyanne and Mya. Accommodating as they could be. I walked in wishing to buy make-up as I accidentally forgot mine in another car in Sudbury, a 500km car ride from Ottawa!! These fine women were kind enough to perform a makeup trial on me, explained cleansers, moisture lotion, and the proper tint of foundation. Mya educated me on eyebrow shaping, tinting and lamination (?) and did a beautiful job on an eyebrow wax shaping of my brows! They made me feel like a valued customer as well as PERSON! Yesterday I got a Brow Lamination, Shape & Tint with Angelica P and she was amazing. So friendly and did a wonderful job. My mom also had the service done for the first time and she did an excellent job explaining the process, what to expect & aftercare also. Would definitely recommend getting your brows done with her!
