Arkadi was able to provide a pre-purchase home inspection where he found an issue not found in the original report made a couple years ago. We spent about 3 hours going through the home top to bottom and was especially detailed talking about all the utilities in the basement. Money well spent, highly recommended!
Excellent service! Very thorough and easy to work with. He was also quick to help when we had a concern after the inspection, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend him.
Honest and no fluff. Artech Home Inspection was very prompt with responding to calls and accomdating with appointment times. Very much appreciated the time spent on looking at the roof and taking the photos to point out areas that a drone camera may not have picked up.
