My older German Shepherd was always nervous about getting her nails done until I took her here. Everyone who worked on her were so patient and kind with my dog, always taking the time to keep her happy and calm. Thank you ladies!

We just brought our Newfoundland in to Soft Touch. She had not been properly groomed in months probably like many pooches during these CoVID days. A 140 lb mess and as a senior dog, she was a challenge for Jennifer. Our Newf was amazingly beautiful when we picked her up. So very pleased with the results.

My pup Lolah had the BEST experience here. I am so happy with how she turned out! Michelle was so calm with Lolah. Lolah can be very timid when getting groomed. I’ve taken her to a few other places before seeing Michelle and I would not trust anyone else with Lolah. Thank you for taking your time and caring for Lolah. We are both so happy!
