Last minute choice to come to this dealership ( Volvo of Oakville refused to service our car because of a review they didn’t like), I was impressed with VCM right from the start. Aaron Cooper my service advisors knocked it out of the park from the get go with getting our 2022 xc60 in for regular service in right away. I watch the dealership owner greet all his staff when he came in, in a courteous and appreciative way. This leadership is passed down through the staff who really made us feel appreciated to be there. I’m not searching for another dealer to service our many Volvo cars, I’ve found the Volvo dealer who wants my business, and they will get it.
