I have been dealing with this branch since 2018. Overall, very satisfactory
experience with sales and service. The staff are very helpful and professional. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Haseeb and Naser from Sales (both very respectful people and make the sale process very smooth and pleasant). Robert, who dose an amazing job with every new car purchase in showing me around the car features. And Rensyl, the star when it comes to service 😃, he made my last service so smooth and made sure he followed up with the insurance in timely manner.
Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Been a very smooth experience while my vehicle went in for a warranty service call. All staff members were helpful and prompt. Special thanks to Rob Tylor from service and Nivethan from car rental.
Vraj was great to work with and did an amazing job with arranging service of my car. Felt like I received top quality service, from start to finish. Had an amazing experience and will keep coming back to Mercedes. Thanks!
