Carrie and "Poppa Gord" were amazing. this shop is AMAZING. We got a flat tire, on our way to London, ON from Oshawa, 5 minutes into our drive. Eventually got it home, to a different shop in Oshawa and got 2 new tires installed. Got back onto the highway and headed toward London again when we got ANOTHER flat. We pulled off the highway, got air into our tire and made it to MARS because it was the closest shop to us at the time. Boy, are we thankful for them. They provided us with the greatest customer service and were just genuinely great people. They said they would look at what the problem was for free. Once they found out why our new tires we had just got put on had gotten a flat (other shop not doing their job fully) they called the other shop for us and told them they would have to pay for our bill to get this other new tire replaced. We cannot say enough good things about MARS, Carrie, Gord and the team there. Thank you guys so much for salvaging our day and our trip to London. And, for getting the other shop to foot the bill for us at that. We are forever grateful and thankful for you guys. Ariel, Sasda and Wayland.
