Called about a furnace failure after 5 on a Friday and they sent someone within 3 hours! While it was a simple fix, they explained everything, told me how to prevent it from happening again, and only charged me the diagnostic fee.
I would give Superior HAVAC a 4.5 because the service was very good. Our furnace broke on one of the coldest days in the winter and they sent a technician as soon as they were able in the morning after a call to them at 8pm the previous evening. Nick the technician from Superior HVAC was courteous, efficient, professional and provided a clear explanation about what he thought the problems could be and possible solutions. The furnace was about 20 years old so we opted to get a new furnace. Nick spoke to his supervisor to arrange for a new furnace to be installed ASAP on the same day.
