The problem I had concerned the loss of my WiFi due to a tripped breaker which showed a red light when reset. Rob and his team did a phenomenal job installing our chandelier. It’s a huge chandelier weighing over 100 pounds. He went into the attic to do ceiling reinforcement and everything was seamless. We love everything from the interactions to end result. Thank you Rob!
