Longhouse Electric
“I would like to commend Ali, the technician from Longhouse Electric, for his outstanding service in resolving the air conditioning issue at The Laundry Spot, Milton.
Our rooftop AC unit had completely stopped cooling due to an electrical fault. Ali quickly diagnosed the problem and identified that a short circuit in the old thermostat had caused two fuses to blow, resulting in the AC failure. He efficiently replaced both fuses, installed a new thermostat, thoroughly tested the system, and restored the unit to full working condition.
Ali demonstrated excellent technical knowledge, professionalism, and troubleshooting skills. He worked efficiently, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repairs in a timely manner, minimizing disruption to our business operations.
We greatly appreciate his prompt response and high-quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and Longhouse Electric to anyone requiring reliable electrical or HVAC troubleshooting services.
Thank you, Ali, for a job well done.”
