Carol in the office was professional and kind in her phone and online chat interactions with me. She responded quickly to my messages and booked a service appointment for me within days. John, the electrician, addressed the issue I was having swiftly so that I would be charged the least amount of money possible. I appreciate his expertise and advice. Hopefully, I won't need an electrician again for a while, but if I do, I know I can count on B & R Electric.
