They were patient with my questions, helped me choose the right style, and never made me feel rushed. The installation was smooth, super clean, and done exactly when they promised. The quality of the windows/doors is honestly amazing...my home feels warmer, quieter, and looks so much better. I was in a rush to get a single window manufactured for our renovation after a different window manufacturer built us a window in the wrong size. I worked directly with Alex who was amazing. He did everything in his power to get us the window quickly. Window was as described and well packaged for our pickup. I would recommend Alex and Panes Windows to anyone!

So happy my wife and I chose Panes for our windows replacement project. Thanks to Niel for helping us with the planning stage, his knowledge and expertise was so valuable. And thanks to Mykola and his crew, so polite, and respectful of our home. They installed 22 windows and a patio door all in one day. We couldn't have imagined a better experience. As for the windows themselves, they fit perfectly. The finish and quality is second to none. Both my wife and I highly recommend Panes Windows.
