I come here for adrenal fatigue IV therapy and always have a great experience. Dr. Janice Chan is knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming — she really takes the time to make you feel comfortable and listened to. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, always checking in to make sure you’re okay throughout your visit. The clinic itself is clean, calming, and has very comfortable chairs, which makes it easy to fully relax during treatments. Overall, such a positive experience every time I come here.
I visited this downtown clinic branch of Lumer for my IV therapy, and this coming Thursday marks my fourth session. I can confidently say this clinic is fantastic. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the staff, including the nurses on duty, are very approachable and knowledgeable. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here and look forward to more sessions. I had such a great experience here last Friday! I went in for an IV drip and a Celluma Red Light Therapy session, and the whole experience was relaxing, professional, and welcoming from start to finish.
Even after just my first session, I noticed my skin looked brighter and more refreshed and the best part was that my friends actually commented on my glow afterward without me even mentioning where I had gone!
