I have been seeking treatment from alan, the physiotherapist, and I have seen incredible improvement in my shoulder pain. After seeing alan, my pain in my shoulder has went down alot. Not only has my pain went away but I have now better range of motion. Alan is an amazing physiotherapist because she is caring, attentive, honest, and very knowledgable. The service from both the physiotherapist and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommed for those who need a physiotherapist to go to medx spine andwellness center because you will get amazing treatment.
The physiotherapists and office staff all provide a very personal service and seem to ensure that the atmosphere is calming, professional and friendly. My physiotherapist was incredibly approachable which definitely made me feel more positive and relaxed about my recovery. Things were explained in a much more comprehensive but understandable way.
