Current Power Machinery Inc. is a well-established business in Clarkson Village, serving residential and commercial customers for over 42 years. They specialize in providing quality support, education, and advice on purchasing new equipment and maintaining existing tools. Customers praise the knowledgeable staff, helpful service, and wide selection of products, including Stihl equipment. The store's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their willingness to accommodate pickup and drop-off times and their extended Saturday hours.
The store is a nice size with an abundance of products. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. Customers can order their product and it is set up and ready quickly, with gas and oil added at no extra charge. However, some customers have suggested that the store could improve by ensuring the items are cleaned and wiped down before delivery, to avoid any oil or mess. The store is conveniently located on Royal Windsor Drive with free parking, and many customers have been loyal to the business for nearly two decades, appreciating the exceptional service and attention to detail.
Just bought a leaf blower from CPM yesterday. Curb pickup can be a a real hit or miss event during COVID times but with these people I know how to make a customer feel like a customer. They helped me choose a leaf blower, pay for it and demo it all while I leaned on the side of my car. Total time investment 20 minutes….and best of all the Echo blower starts and runs flawlessly. Give them a try. They are price competitive.
