We recently hired Igor at AquaLux Draining and Plumbing to repair a damaged sewage pipe, and the service and communication was excellent from start to finish. In fact, this is the second time we hired him to complete a major project, the first being five years ago to redirect the drain for our sump pump in our basement. Igor is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain the problem and the repair options clearly. The work was completed efficiently, and the site was left clean and tidy afterward.
What impressed us most was his prompt response, and commitment to doing the job right. His pricing was transparent with no unexpected charges.

Igor from Aqualux Draining and Plumbing was very professional and honest. He took the time to clearly explain the drainage problem, which turned out to be on the city side, and walked me through the options for fixing it. I really appreciated his polite manner, straightforward advice, and professionalism.
I definitely plan to use Aqualux again in the future for any plumbing repairs or projects I may have. Highly recommended!
