“My dog needed heart care food which had vanished from my usual vet's website where he orders food, when i asked them, they didn't know why. I called many other animal hospitals asking for answers to see if anyone carried that food and some of them said they couldn't help me because i wasn't their client. When i called this hospital, the receptionist Jillian immediately did her best to find out what had happened. Not only did she manage to find out the food i wanted was discontinued but she also helped me with what food to give my dog instead. “Everyone was so kind and accommodating. My dog's legs recently gave out to pain out of nowhere. I was so panicked and called numerous clinics but to no avail until I called Humbereood and they booked us in as a last minute appointment.

They were super kind to my muzzled dog, despite him being aggressive they treated him with so much love and kindness - which I havent seen any other clinic really do for him because he's so skittish.

It was super busy in the clinic and I was so happy that they still accepted us in. They were completely thorough with a physical examination plus diagnostic tests. Even though it was so busy, everyone (literally everyone) was still super pleasant and happy to help - which I find is rare.
