The ugly side of all shine Flooring - poor customer care after installation. Our builder chose all shine Flooring and I want to say I do not fault them for choosing all shine. We were happy with the installation and product throughout the home. When we experienced a product malfunction with the drain in our master shower which led to flooding to the level below we called the builder. The builder reached out to all shine and it took over a week to get someone out to evaluate the problem. all shine took responsibility for fixing the issue with the faulty product.
