I appreciated personalized service with suggestions as to tile and pairing with accent tiles, down to final details of grouting, delivery etc. In other locations I have wandered lost and unacknowledged for 3o minutes before I left. Staff were helpful and I am very pleased with the result. My new bathroom looks fantastic!

Extremely impressed with their selection of tiles and the professionalism of their staff. The range of tiles available was excellent, with a wide variety of styles, colors, and patterns to choose from. I highly recommend Factory Tile Depot for anyone in need of quality tiles and a top-notch shopping experience.

Friendly helpful staff. Bright showroom with lots of selection but there could be more options as we did struggle a bit to find exactly what we wanted. When one tile we ordered came back under stocked they quickly offered us another option and didn’t charge us the upgrade associated with our new choice. I would buy tile here again for sure.
