I have been doing Stroller Fit with Rob at the Velodrome for the last several months, and now at-home live zoom workouts on Wednesday’s with Rob. Although we are in self isolation and social distancing due to COVID, I have been looking forward to these workouts as it gives me a chance to work out with other moms and see other faces (virtually). Rob is a fantastic trainer and the live workouts allow him to look at our form while doing exercises, while also motivating us and pushing us harder. Looking forward to doing more live workouts with Rob!

1 week in and so glad I joined! Rob is a great motivator and the food plan is easy. If you’re prepared to make a change, the results will happen and I already feel better. I joined gyms, tried so many diet plans but I need the accountability for success which this program provides. Totally recommend!
