Update:They moved. Right across in the same plaza. The space is twice as big now. Its perfect.----I'm addicted.I joined a year ago and there is clearly a difference. Gary and his team of trainers are very dedicated and standing idle usually gets a stern stare down by Gary.He is strict and doesn't mince words, I like that as it keeps me disciplined. Bessie and Anthony too are amazing, and work you hard in unique ways. This is not a treadmill kind of gym, so set your expectations accordingly. There are cardio stations as well as strength training targeting specific body parts.As I said I'm addicted and go pretty much every day.Price wise, you get what you pay for and more....read full review

Can’t say enough about this place. Gary Ferrier is the best in Milton. Actually I’ve been to a lot of gyms in Toronto and Mississauga. This gym is definitely the best in all categories.

Gary has a vast knowledge in his field and has proven over and over with each client a success path. I'm just back at it and know Gary will hp me achieve the goals I have with proper food choices, exercise and plans. I recommend Gary to EVERYONE
