I have put off health and fitness for a long time. 2 weeks ago, I started a 12 week program at this gym. I am blown away by how welcoming everyone is, from the owner to the trainers to people that go there as well.
I 100% have recommended this place to everyone and anyone who will listen to me.

I decided to forgo my daily workout, but Gary convinced me otherwise and I'm glad he did.
