Lenovo replaced my system board under warranty and all hell broke lose. I could not get into my Microsoft install programs no matter what I tried. Clearly this was a job for the pros so I started calling around computer repair and IT shops, with one being worse than the other. One wanted $285/hr with a minimum of 5 hours... over the phone, without really knowing issue!! My search stopped immediately when I called Miltown.
