Amazing experience with Chris @ Crave Systems every time. He assisted me with multiple upgrades to my devices and did not shy away from the challenges that were thrown our way in the process. He did not hesitate to help me out and provided above and beyond service. I refer to him as my tech genius who can solve any problem! Highly recommend.

My headphones wouldn't work while connected to my laptop, I looked online to see if anyone could help me. I found Crave Systems, in Milton and gave them a call. They answered right away and helped me solve the issue over the phone, they told me that the headphone jack was connected to the motherboard and couldn't fix it relatively cheap. Instead they recommended me to get an USB headset instead. Thank you so much for helping me.

Seen them 3 times in the last 10 years for different machines, and they do a great job every time.Was able to diagnose a strange intermittent problem.Good communication about sensible options to choose from.Wish I'd gone here sooner.
