In the beginning of our service this was a professional company with good communication skills and service. Over the last six months-they do not show up and have the excuse that they called to verify our prearranged time-but they never called. I have insisted there is no record on my phone log of them ever calling. It is disappointing as they were a good company. Today, I waited all day for an appointment and they still are not here. Now, I am going to revise my comment as Randy just showed up-apologized profusely and said I will not be charged for this visit. He also said he could be my service tech from this point forward and would make sure this will not happen again.
Rick's Pest is customer oriented and I am thankful for that. My housekeeper cleaned prior to our return home from being away for 10 weeks, she found numerous dead bugs! Eek! I called Rick's and they came out the morning we returned and sprayed. Having dead bugs was a good sign yet Rick's was good about coming out and spraying anyway!
I love to hire local when possible so gave Rick a shot. Wasn't disappointed. Quick response, fairly priced and professional. Best of all no more BALD FACED HORNETS attacking every time we walk past the hedge! I do recommend Rick and will use him again in the future if the need arises.
