Living in the country, we were having big problems with bats and mice getting into our home. On our scheduled day, Steve showed up RIGHT ON TIME! Steve was/is EXTREMELY knowledgable, professional and explained what he was going to to do and why. He even showed us some simple things we could do on our own to save us money...WOW!!!!Now, our bat and mice problem is no more!!! If you ever have the need, call Steve. We ended up with bed bugs in our home and Canadian Shield Pest Control came to our rescue. They educated us, supported us through our many concerns and questions, and gave thorough explanations about how they were going to treat our home and why. Every email was answered promptly and they even came to our house on Easter Sunday. I would highly recommend this company!

We thought we had a squirrel in our attic...i called a few places...Steve came out the next day, and to our horror we had Raccoons. ..any ways at the end of it all he got the job done...no more raccoons...well done
