In the beginning of our service this was a professional company with good communication skills and service. Over the last six months-they do not show up and have the excuse that they called to verify our prearranged time-but they never called. I have insisted there is no record on my phone log of them ever calling. It is disappointing as they were a good company. Today, I waited all day for an appointment and they still are not here. Now, I am going to revise my comment as Randy just showed up-apologized profusely and said I will not be charged for this visit. He also said he could be my service tech from this point forward and would make sure this will not happen again.
