I used this shop for many years when I lived here. Recently had to take my vehicle in again and was so impressed with the excellent customer service. Friendly, competent staff. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

The staff at Midas always find a way to make me feel respected as they explain to me any work that is needed to service my vehicle. They put a lot of energy into helping me really understand what they are communicating. I'd also like to give special commendation to their office manager, Allison, who seems to have the most uncanny skill of being efficient at doing her job WHILE remembering each client's personal story and truly seeming interested in what we're up to in our lives. I think my YARDIS II loves visiting Midas for maintenance and service as much as I enjoy the experience.
