Have required assistance with Auto maintenance four times in the last year, and having been doing all of this myself for the past 60 years I found it difficult to start handing some of these chores to outside help. From my first visit to Little Lake Auto Centre my concerns were eased considerably.I have been impressed with the Customer Service, the Quality of work, the Communication and the overall Professionalism of AL, Dennis and their technicians.I easily rate my experiences as 5 Stars or better.

Amazing service. Got quoted 3k at Bourgeois Motors Ford to replace a drive shaft and fix exhaust leak with unnecessary parts added on. The guys at Napa replaced the drive shaft with OEM Ford parts and replaced the mid section of exhaust for well over half the price. Prime example of stealerships and their commission based service advisors trying to fleece customers.
