John helped me in an emergency situation when I got into a car accident nearby and my vehicle barely made it to his shop. It was just about freezing temperature and we were stranded. While he couldn’t fix it right away (understandably), he allowed me to stay in his shop with my baby while we waited for a ride. He turned on the heat for us and even offered his jacket so I could keep my little one warm. His kindness and compassion is so much appreciated. Thank you, John!
Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The amount of work John has done for us has been amazing. His personality is one of a kind and we are fortunate to have gotten to know him as a person as well as our mechanic.
We were having a bad experience with midland Honda as was my daughter so when she really needed help we sent her here as we knew his reputation. John took care of her like she was his own family I'm sure, can't say enough about it . He's earned our business beyond what is required and I know she has shared with friends the great service. Thank you so much for your help. True customer service
