“I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago after yoga in the same plaza. From the moment I walked in I received exceptional attention. When I got in for my appointment I was promptly seated in the stylist’s chair. Caitlyn and the other ladies had the consultation with me so they could meet my expectations. My hair was mostly natural growth with highlights at the bottom. They listened to my concerns about damage and wanting a warm colour. I had realistic expectations but was thoroughly impressed with the outcome. Throughout the service it was great to see the ladies work as a team and assist with questions and even coming over to the chair to check on the lightening process. Caitlyn also took the moment to remind me to use colour safe shampoo products so my colour doesn’t wash out. She educated me about the products that I was currently using and how it affects the oils on the scalp. She checked in with me several times to ensure I was comfortable. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had in a salon. We have already booked in our follow-up appointment for a refresh before heading on vacation. Thank you so much to the team at Tinted Love.“
