I started going here a little over a month ago and having just moved here I have to say I found a gem of a salon . From the moment I walked in with my inquires to all my hair apps , everyone is so welcoming. Carm the owner goes out of her way to make you feel at home and direct you to where you need to be . She put me with a stylist named Brittney who is just an absolute doll and you feel like you’ve known her forever. I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago after yoga in the same plaza. From the moment I walked in I received exceptional attention. When I got in for my appointment I was promptly seated in the stylist’s chair. Caitlyn and the other ladies had the consultation with me so they could meet my expectations. My hair was mostly natural growth with highlights at the bottom. They listened to my concerns about damage and wanting a warm colour. I had realistic expectations but was thoroughly impressed with the outcome.
