“I had an appointment with Tiffany for a simple wash and blow dry, but we unexpectedly ran into a pretty big issue with my hair that took extra time to work through. Even though this put her behind by about an hour, Tiffany never once made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She didn’t cut corners or try to push me out of the chair. She took her time and made sure my hair was done properly, and I truly appreciated that level of care.

Unfortunately, this did cause her next client to be waiting longer than expected, and none of us really realized just how much time had passed. What I didn’t appreciate, though, was how one of her coworkers chose to handle the situation. Instead of stepping in to help or support her teammate, she came over and addressed Tiffany in a way that felt rude and unprofessional, especially in front of clients, calling out how behind she was. Not exactly something I’d expect from someone who’s supposed to be her teammate. Maybe offering her a lending hand or if you could do something to assist her would be a better way to address a situation.

That moment aside, Tiffany handled everything with total professionalism and grace. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work. She went above and beyond for me, and it did not go unnoticed.

“Zainab's review is a flagrant exaggeration. I am a frequent patron and was present at the time. This mother and her daughter were crowding and interrupting the stylist, clearly making it difficult to do her job. The owner politely asked them to create space for the stylist so she could do her job and they were beyond rude. No one should have to deal with this type of customer, though I am sure it's not their first. I am consistently pleased with my hair cut and the staff are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. 10s across the board.“
