Got a hair cut asked for layers, cut about a inch and then thin out, about 2 and half weeks ago, and it wasn't layered right, feels like I have bald spot in the back but my hair is very thick, and now getting like wings on each side of the spot, my hair is thick and when I get it thinned out doesn't need a cut after 3 months, I didn't notice it when I left because it was still wet from the water spray, so I left, never dried it, I will not be going back

sent my wife for a highlight and colour.. she came home in tears.. roots were not done.. hair wasn't cut... grey wasn't colored... she came home and I asked why wasn't her hair done and she said it was. she charged 107$ for nothing done!! I'm totally pissed off!! do NOT go here unless you wanna waste your money!!!
