I am SO SO SO thankful for the amazing people here. On a very long road trip and been having an awful humming noise from my van, stopped at a different mechanic before here and they tried to feed us bs about it being the exhaust. Came here instead and the noise was from a loose rack ontop of the van. They were able to see us on extremely short notice and helped us out and gave us peace of mind.
