Great place. I went there for my ortho-k lenses and although there was a little wait time it was worth it. The doctor did the tests very efficiently, explained everything in thorough detail and was very polite. Compared to many other stores their prices are cheap as well. The only thing might be there is occasionally a language barrier if you can’t speak chinese. Overall it was a great experience.
The staff here are nice, friendly and personable. Customers are treated well, with care and consideration. Always open to provide customer service and support when needed. All in all, a pretty homey place to go for eye health care after being a customer for several years.
I have been coming here for over 10+ years and the customer service has been exceptional. The Wales Optical team are very knowledgeable in their profession and always help clarify any concerns that I may have. Always a pleasure coming in here as the staff is friendly! A++
