Have been coming here for years. Very courteous, professional service at Icon Optical. Never had issues with insurance coverage. My glasses always arrive prestine. Will continue to be back for years to come!

It was my first time going to Icon Optical and it will not be the last. The staff is great, Calvin was great to deal with. The turn around time from ordering to pick up was fast..... Also their prices are very reasonable from lens to frames. Highly recommend Icon Optical.

This place may have comparable prices for their great selection of styles and brands, but I strongly believe they offer some of the best service and experience compared to the competition.I have come back numerous times asking for help and assistance, and they have always been there to help through many different staff members.The quality of support does not change from before and after the point of sale. The patience they have when answering my questions and providing all the options available for lens and frame, to the after service of bringing my glasses in for adjustments or warranty and repair has always been a very helpful experience.
