We contacted Tropic Air since our furnace stopped working late last week. Of note, we had dealt with Tropic Air a few years ago when our AC stopped working and were very satisfied with the service provided. I again asked that Loren be dispatched to our house and he didn't disappoint. Within an hour, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts. Would highly recommend this company for their service.

Amazing service! Tech Arrived quicker than expected. Amazing service. Our furnace motor wasn’t working and Loren was able to get us a replacement the same night and install it.
