I have been back multiple times since my original visit and each time the staff have been kind, understanding and patient and very helpful. As I mentioned earlier in my previous review I use a wheelchair and have to take a transfer ride to and from club dynasty on one of my recent visits the app the transportation company that picks me up from club dynasty uses so that I can see when my ride will arrive said my ride was 30 minutes away so I thought I had enough time to go use the sauna.

Turns out that was not the case I there for 10 minutes and when I came out the app said that my driver was here and about to leave.
.
And this is why I keep coming back to club dynasty because not only did the staff make sure my ride didn't leave. They helped me get dressed quickly and made sure I made my ride which is something they definitely didn't have to do but it just shows they are good people

This is also why why I don't understand the negative reviews about customer service or pricing. The space itself is always clean. The staff are friendly welcoming and helpful even though I need more help than other visitors and feel bad about taking up the staff's time they are always there to help and make me feel welcome

Although it takes me a while to get to the location and it usually takes me between 2 to 3 hours to get home and can can definitely be challenging, especially in the winter weather I will definitely be back

And for those wondering why I wrote such a long update It's because I genuinely don't enjoy talking about myself or the challenges people with mobility disabilities like myself face. But what I dislike even more is when a company or people go above and beyond to provide a good product or service and people still find a reason to complain. So when I do take the time to write a review since I'm already out of my comfort zone I make sure that my review is as accurate as possible

I had my first session at club dynasty 2 weeks and most recent one yesterday. I live downtown and get around using accessible transit. So some of you reading this review might think why I travel that far for a massage?

The answer is very simple the staff have been amazing club dynasty is the first adult massage spot I have gone to but they are better than most traditional massage I've been to

With me being the type of person that doesn't like to ask for help my biggest concern was how I'd be able to manage and not wanting to cause any trouble for the staff

But everyone I've interacted with has been really kind genuine respectful and understanding

From the minute I rolled in (Yes I know bad wheelchair joke ?) everyone has made me feel welcome they even had a grab bar installed in the bathroom so I would feel more comfortable and that means a lot

So if anyone is looking for a good massage spa with kind staff I really can't recommend club dynasty enough“
