We had our flooring and stairs renovated by the team at Acadian flooring. There were many options to choose from in the store and we ultimately went with an engineered hardwood from Grandeur flooring.
The process of finalizing the quote with John was time consuming but detailed & transparent. We did have to follow up proactively to continue the process. Once the contract was finalized, he ensured that our flooring was ordered in advance and available before installation. The product itself is beautiful.

I recently had a flood in my condominium and my insurance company through Service Master, arranged for Acadian flooring and carpet to repair the damage. From the initial contact with the rep from Acadian, I was super impressed. I was able to select the flooring that I wanted, in my own home. When the laminate flooring was delivered, it was delivered professionally with Care. The delivery man was super nice and friendly. When the installers come and start doing the floor, they worked so well together and really did a fantastic job. Unfortunately I had an accident on the floor after it was installed and the installers came back to repair a few boards that got been damaged....read full review
