Ray went through the house with my husband explaining what he was looking at. Took pictures and itemized issues (With explanatory diagrams if necessary). Most thorough inspection we have ever had. 45 page report with pictures and he graded the severity of issues. We had a couple of questions after reading the report. He reponded quickly and answered them fully. Would certainly recomend him with full confidence.

We are in the process of getting our cottage ready for sale and had Ray complete an inspection to ensure no major issues . Ray was very thorough. He went over things he felt could be repaired or improved (thankfully no major issues) and sent a very detailed report quickly. Ray is very knowledgeable, prompt and professional.
