Ray went through the house with my husband explaining what he was looking at. Took pictures and itemized issues (With explanatory diagrams if necessary). Most thorough inspection we have ever had. 45 page report with pictures and he graded the severity of issues. We had a couple of questions after reading the report. He reponded quickly and answered them fully. Would certainly recomend him with full confidence.

I had some issues with my Septic system and called up Cliffs Plumbing and Heating. One of the Cliff's Guys came out and was very helpful in diagnosing what the issue was, taking time to explain the issue to me and also getting it fixed properly and in a very timely manner.
