I have done business at this location for several years. Mike and his team have been most helpful in assisting me with my concerns. Mike himself could not be more accommodating, and explains every single thing in basic terms. I feel very secure in Mike's ability to identify problems and fix them in a timely and efficient manner. I feel that he is knowledgable and fair and delivers the best customer service I have ever experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend his location to anyone who is looking for great work done with a smile. You will be well taken care of.
Mike and his team are EXTREMELY client focused, courteous, polite, and helpful. I am new to the city and not car savvy at all. Mike took time to explain all of my car’s issues in language I could actually understand. As I had to leave my car due to the issues, Mike was very assertive and updated me on their progress and my car’s status. They took my car in very last minute with little wait time, and got me in and out very quickly. I would never think twice about going here again. Great service, great team, extremely knowledgeable and honest.
This was my second visit and I returned because I was very happy with how the first visit went. My car is older but, both times, I left feeling confident my vehicle was roadworthy.
