I had an amazing experience at Trade Secrets White Oaks thanks to Komal. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
I came in feeling very stressed because my GHD straightener suddenly stopped working and was beeping with a red light. Komal took the time to listen to my concerns, checked everything carefully, and even called her manager to see how they could help me. Thanks to her dedication and excellent customer service, my issue was resolved and my product was replaced.
She went above and beyond to assist me, and her kindness truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Customer service like hers is rare and greatly appreciated.
