I am fairly new to PC building- after building my PC, I was running into a few errors with my system. After looking around for reliable PC support companies / individuals I stumbled upon "The PC Repair Guy", Shane was absolutely amazing to deal with- completely down to earth and honest with the information provided. He also showed a lot of amazing and useful information for beginners- Shane also did many thorough tests on my PC and got the system to work! Absolutely amazing!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! His prices are also very competitive and extremely reasonable. Thanks Shane!

Excellent above and beyond service. I brought in my laptop for a difficult fix and they managed to get it repaired and restored beyond my expectations. The pricing and communication were also excellent.

Shane was very responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. He took the time to analyze and test every part of my system after I was locked out by a blue screen error and a windows repair loop. He was able to identify multiple issues with my PC and fixed the issues within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Shane's services and will be dealing with him for any future needs!
