Great service at Telze. They repaired my iphone 15 plus quick and efficiently. I've been to many phone stores in London but Danyal at Telze was the best. Definitely recommend to come here for are your cell phone needs.
Great experience at this phone store! I bought two phones and everything went smoothly. Danial was helpful, patient, and explained all the options clearly without rushing me. Prices were fair, the phones were brand new and sealed, and setup was quick. Customer service was professional and friendly the whole time. Definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for quality phones and good service. Will come back again!
I’ve dealt with my fair share of “2-hour” phone repairs that somehow turn into a whole weekend… so I walked into this place fully prepared to emotionally detach from my phone for days. Reader, I barely had time to finish my coffee.
I dropped my phone off, sat down, and before I could even get properly comfortable they were already calling my name. I’m not exaggerating: I think my phone got repaired faster than a pizza order. At one point I checked the time because I was convinced it couldn’t be done yet… nope. Screen perfect. Buttons perfect. Face ID working like it just graduated from factory training camp.
