I had a very good experience at Subaru of London. In the past at other dealerships, I have experienced high pressure tactics to try to get me to buy extra things that I did not want and to finance my car purchase. None of this happened at Subaru of London. They were honest about their pricing, and though they offered me extra items, they left it at that. The salesman, Ryan, was very personable as were the rest of the staff.

We had a wonderful experience. We worked with Connor who answered all of our questions and told us things we weren't aware of. He was a lot of fun and we happily bought a new Outback :). We also dealt with Kylie and she was great too. Thank you for a fabulous overall experience - we are enjoying our new car!

We have had our new vehicle for a few months now and are very impressed with it. The only thing we are more impressed with is the service we received from Anne-Marie and the rest of the staff at Subaru of London. From the moment we walked into the dealership to picking up our vehicle it was a great experience. We had researched several other makes and visited their dealerships, BUT we decided on the Subaru because we like the vehicle AND the way we were treated. If you are in the market for a vehicle, and are going to visit Subaru in London we highly recommend you ask for Anne-Marie. Anne-Marie is professional, friendly, approachable, gives good advise and listens to you. We would give our experience a 10 star rating if we could.

Car shopping was not on our agenda. However, our car at the time was proving unreliable. Somehow, Subaru came on our radar. We attended the London dealership as total Subie novices. After checking a few cars on the lot, we were subtly approached by Brent Erb. Exactly how we would want. Our process of checking out different scenarios took us approx. 5 days. Brent showed us great patience and knowledge. We have had our 2025 Forester for about 4 weeks now, and we love it. All of the team has been great and very helpful in answering our many questions.

very early this morning a family member had departed on a 5 day journey West with her 9 yr old Subaru to return to school. Problems developed with the wipers requiring repair near Woodstock but she was able to drive to the dealership and wait for them to open. Even though there was no scheduled appointment they got the car in right away to see what the problem was. Parts wouldn't be available till tomorrow and when realizing that Ducttape wasn't a good option for a cross country journey and there was some urgency to be back on the road Mike was able to make a used part become available and get her back on the road within a couple hours, so thankful for the creative thinking and willingness to do something out of the ordinary given the circumstances. Experiences like this re-affirm my faith in people and dealerships and help me to realize that not all customer service has fallen by the wayside and there are still some really great "old school" service superstars out there. Thanks so much Mike M. for the terrific effort to turn a bad morning into a much better day!

We had a great experience from start to finish, with the whole dealership team, and especially our salesman, Hilton. We were among the group in a long wait for our 2023 Forester, but there was constant communication, so no anxiety. We quite appreciated that Hilton gave us a lot of good information, but no pushy up-sell, just friendly assistance. Ryan in finance was also great to work with - again, great help with whatever we wanted, with no pressure. And we LOVE driving our Forester! Great sight-lines, great performance, great handling, great comfort.
