Amazing professional service! Was first time doing more than my brows and the waxologist, Lalita, was great and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend and will be going again!
Update over a year later - still great service and Lalita remains my favourite staff! I try to rebook with her regularly as she is the only one that remembers me as a reoccuring monthly customer and is super personable.
Every time I go it’s such a welcoming experience! Everyone I meet there is so lovely and kind. When I was a first time wax client I was previously very nervous, but with how I was greeted and welcomed, especially by the assigned staff (Lalita), I felt comfortable and actually excited to get my wax done!! The outcome was 1000/10 and I’m now officially a regular customer! Special thank you to Lalita and how understanding, gentle and considerate she is. Such a one of a kind customer service ensuring her client is comfortable and ready all while talking them through the process when she notices their hesitation/fear. Always OUTSTANDING service!
I was a bit nervous going in for my first time, but Briana completely changed that. She’s so friendly and easygoing—it honestly felt like we’ve known each other forever. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained everything so well, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and way less intimidating than I expected. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Such a great experience overall—I’ll definitely be coming back!
