I had the pleasure of meeting with Chanel, and I was so impressed by her professionalism as well as her down-to-earth approach. Both Chanel and Torri really took the time to listen to my goals, explain the options, and guide me toward the treatments that would be the best fit. They also walked me through each step and product, making sure I felt informed and confident in my decisions. I can’t recommend Skin Vitality enough! I am extremely unhappy with the service provided at skin vitality. Upon entering this establishment I overheard two of the employees talking about how prices need to be higher than people with more money will go there, as well as the people who don’t have a lot of money can go somewhere else and who cares… I was going to leave right at that moment but I did drive an hour and 10 minutes so I thought you know what Let’s see what they say. I go in there and not only did they put down the person who did my fillers for my lip, they overpriced outrageously compared to what I was told on the phone And maybe it was worth that much money but the fact that I just overheard them talking about how they need to raise prices made me doubt that…I would not go back to this clinic even if it was free . I am extremely unhappy and the customer service definitely needs to be work on.
